Kids Classes
Kids Yoga is offered on Wednesdays from 2:00 - 3:30pm

Kids should come dressed in comfortable clothing, bring water, a yoga mat and/or towel. It is our goal that kids will leave class not only their personal belongings, but with the knowledge that they personally belong. Class is 90 minutes. "No Heat"
