There are 7 main elements that make up the practice: circle ceremony, asana, partner flow, Thai massage, therapeutic flying, inversions & spotting, and partner acrobatics. Our highest aim is to bring individuals into a state of union with themselves, with each other, and with the divine. From this place of mutual support the true self can be realized, celebrated and shared for the benefit of all.

BEGINNERS MEDITATION CLASS (Beginner Friendly Class)
is one of the most natural and rewarding of all human activities. It brings balance, rest, and a growing inner peace. While its highest and original purpose is to help us awaken our inner, spiritual nature, the benefits to body and mind are well established by medical research. When the mind has been trained to remain fixed on a certain internal or external location, there comes to it the power of flowing in an unbroken current, as it were, towards that point. All paths welcome. Dress casual, No heat, bring a cushion to sit on.

Notes: When the mind has been trained to remain fixed on a certain internal or external location, there comes to it the power of flowing in an unbroken current, as it were, towards that point. This state is called dhyana. When one has so intensified the power of dhyana as to be able to reject the external part of perception and remain meditating only on the internal part, the meaning, that state is called Samadhi.

BHAKTI YOGA (Beginner Friendly Class)
Bhakti Yoga … it’s called ‘devotional yoga’, ‘the yoga of universal love’, and even ‘the yoga of surrender to God’. Any way you slice it, it comes up LOVE …

CORE MELTDOWN(Challenging)
You hear us talking about engaging your "core" in many of our classes, now gain a better understanding of just what that means. Join us for a core strengthening where we will focus on unleashing the powerhouse we all have contained within our mid-sections. Core strength is the result of a coordination of the muscle groups within the abdominal, back, and upper body regions. Our intention is to increase your heart rate and then take it to the floor with

DETOX FLOW (Beginner Friendly Class)
A strong flow with very specific sequencing to cleanse the internal organs relieving bloating, fatigue, dull/problem skin, anxiety, irritability and other physical ailments due to toxins accumulated through food, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, household chemicals and other environmental toxins. Detox Flow has been specifically designed to rid the body, mind, and spirit of accumulated toxins so that we are creating the groundwork to achieve our highest potential. The room will be gently heated (98 degrees) to facilitate the detoxification process. Beginners are welcome, but at least a few yoga classes is helpful. Come hydrated and on an empty belly.

KIDS YOGA (Coming Soon)
Help build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging postures and flowing sequences. Promote self-confidence, awareness and control. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun postures, group games, breathing and basic anatomy.

KIRTAN YOGA (Beginner Friendly Class)
Hot House Yoga kirtan programs of strictly call and response yogic chanting creating a healing space condusive to calming the mind, meditation, and community spirit. Donations are accepted to help cover expenses and promote future events. Kirtan is an important aspect of yoga. Just as rasgula is incomplete without sugar, so yoga is also incomplete without kirtan. Kirtan is not religious chanting, nor is it just singing one word many times. It is a part of nada yoga, the yoga of sound, in which you produce sound waves and follow them with your awareness. By singing kirtan you are able to withdraw yourself from the body and your external environment. You are travelling by the jet of emotions, therefore, you do not confront the mind at all. In raja yoga you have to fight the mind, but in kirtan you bypass the mind. Chanting and storytelling lead by Shelly Kwiatkouski and Neal Henegar on percussions.

MOMMY AND ME
(Beginner Friendly Class)
This unique class combines yoga and play to get back in shape while strengthening the bond between you and your infant. PARTNERS YOGA (Beginner Friendly Class)
Experience your yoga flow with the person you connect with authentically for 90 minutes without distractions. Allow the connections of your reflections to rekindle or flow deeper through partner yoga.
For many students that come to Hot House Yoga, yoga is about creating a union with mind, body and spirit. With that connection, think about how magical it would be to share and expand that union with your partner. Hot House Yoga now introduces Partner yoga. Friday classes will be a combination of Beginners Flow, Vinysa Flow and Yin Yoga.

The first Friday of every month will be learning to experience the poses and exercises while relying on your partner. This will begin to develop and expanded trust, sensitivity and understanding through support, strength and stretch.

YOGA PRESCRIPTION (Beginner Friendly Class)
runs for just under a 6-week period. The yoga prescription ("40-Days") is progressive. It is intensive with each week going deeper into areas of our lives and giving us many opportunities for growth and change. There are three areas that the prescription will cover- although you may find that many other areas of your life are brought into the spotlight. The three main areas we will experience are: 1) Going deep into your yoga practice; 2) Experiencing the commitment to a daily meditation practice; and 3) Awareness and creation of a nutritional diet that suits your body.

PRENATAL YOGA (Beginner Friendly Class)
Inside you is an innate wisdom that intuitively understands about the very natural process of birth. During this transitional time many physical & emotional changes take place. Prenatal Yoga is about honoring these changes in our hearts and our bodies as we connect to baby and honor the Goddess within. Conducted in a peaceful, yet fun environment, the class uses yogic postures to help strengthen the uterus and pelvic floor muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, keep the body flexible, and increase overall comfort during pregnancy. With a mindful Prenatal Yoga practice many of the common discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain, and sciatica can be alleviated. Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body, and spirit of both you and your baby. A safe, open community allows you to freely discuss any challenges and celebrations and connect mother and baby to prepare for a healthy, mindful, more natural approach to the powerful experience of labor and birth. Prenatal Yoga may be practiced through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with the care provider) and is a great way to connect with other mothers-to-be and establish friendships that go far beyond the journey of pregnancy and childbirth. No previous yoga experience is required! Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and a bottle of water to drink. Birth is not a crisis waiting to happen, it is a Celebration of Life! Go to www.prenataltothecradle.com or contact Alexis Martin directly at 386-214-3769.
Please make payments to prenatal to the cradle, Thank you :)

POST NATAL YOGA
(Beginner Friendly Class)
is used to help mothers reconnect following birth and begin to help the body regain strength and flexibility. These yoga classes focus on the needs of new mamas: strong core work, energizing yoga and rejuvenating poses. The first 40 days after birth is to bond, establish breast feeding, allow the body to regain strength and get lots of rest! Approximately six weeks following birth, return to Postnatal Yoga with your baby to share support and information with other new moms. Yoga postures for mom focus on rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic floor, releasing tension in the shoulders and neck, and opening of the chest and heart. All done in a place where your baby is welcome to nurse, nap, or play with toys. We involve the babies as weights, as well as some shared mama/baby poses, and infant massage. This class caters to newborns (4 weeks old) through 1 years old (pre-walkers). Enjoy fun yoga, songs, and gentle massage with babies to help bond & relax. We focus of strengthening the spiritual, emotional, and physical bond between parent and child. Breast-feeding is welcome and supported! Share this special time with other new moms, discussing common postpartum issues and stretching the stiffness away!! Let Prenatal Yoga from Prenatal to the Cradle help carry you smoothly through the busy early months and first year caring for a new baby! Go to www.prenataltothecradle.com or contact Alexis Martin directly at 386-214-3769.

YOGA NIDRA (Beginner Friendly Class)
The depth of authentic Yoga Nidra comes from inner awareness of the levels of your own self, including your body, breath, and the subtler mind, rather than diverting attention through music or inner fantasies (as pleasant as these may be). This inner exploring through self-awareness is a more refined form of meditation that leads you deeper into the stillness and silence of your own being, while remaining fully awake and aware. The Yoga Nidra methods bring you to a place of awareness where you are able to completely let go of any words, thoughts, images, impressions, or pictures in the mind.
