Meditation is one of the most natural and rewarding of all human activities.
It gives direct, intuitive experience of higher realities, and is the cornerstone
of true spirituality. It also brings balance, rest, and a growing inner
peace. While its highest and original purpose is to help us awaken our inner,
spiritual nature, the benefits to body and mind are well established by
medical research. Make yourself comfortable, for the journey is not short.
It could take months, years, or lifetimes, but you have already chosen to
go. And so we will begin lead by Shelly Kwiatkouski, all paths welcome.

BEGINNERS
HOT YOGA CLASSES
-Designed
specifically for beginners “Hot Yoga” is a complete system
of wellness, restoration and rejuvenation. The studio is Warm ( 95 degrees)
to facilitate deeper stretching, prevent injury, relieve stress and tension
and to detoxify the body. Beginners Hot Yoga was designed specifically
to introduce students to the flow of our Hot Classes as well as helping
students acclimate to the “Hotter classes”. Students are guided
through all 26 postures, repeated twice to increase the physical challenge.
Students of all ages are welcome and will notice an increase in energy,
strength, balance, flexibility and mental focus.

HAPPY
HOUR YOGA (Beginner Friendly Class)
a one hour vinyasa flow class with more fun, louder music, "NO"
heat from 5:30 to 6:30pm followed by a social gathering with drinks and
appetizers. Come and join us for a delightful evening with raffles from
local vendors, chair massages and more. Please note this class is
offered the first Friday of every month only.
All

HOT FLOW (Beginner Friendly Class)
–
this Hot Yoga Class is a style of HathaYoga that originated from a lineage
in Calcutta, India. It includes sequences of 25-30 yoga postures that
stretch & strengthen every area of the body necessary to balance &
restore all systems to optimal health. The
room is heated to 95° F to allow for a deeper release & to avoid
injury. Our Hot Yoga class is recommended for everyone, from first day
beginners to advanced students. The magic of this class is that everyone
is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability, and there
is an exact position for everyone at every level, which our trained teachers
will help you find. All classes are on-going and drop-in are always welcome,

PRANA
YOGA (Beginner Friendly Class)
-The
studio is Low ( 90 degrees) to facilitate deeper stretching, prevent injury,
relieve stress and tension and to detoxify the body. A flow of postures
with emphasis on body awareness, alignment and coordination of breath
& movement. Students are encouraged to practice at their own level,
using variations and modifications to give postures more or less challenge.

SACRED
MUSIC
-
this is a Hot Yoga flow class practiced by candle light with combination
of sacred music from all over the world and various traditions including
soothing chants and songs in many languages. The
music and atmosphere is extremely powerful invoking a deep sense of inner
peace while also being challenging as it is a flow class, which moves
more quickly and has fewer rests.
Sacred Music is based on the teacher’s individual expression and
is taught in a "follow the leader" format with very little instruction.
It is heated and lasts 90 mins. Students should be familiar with Yoga
or Asana, However; everyone is welcome!

VINYASA
FLOW
-
is some of the most active and invigorating yoga you can practice. Taught
with the emphasis on the coordination of breathing and movement, It can
be very relaxing, strenuous, or both. Whether you are just starting out
with your first class or want to learn some very advanced techniques for
strength and toning, this is a wonder class to experience. Blocks and
Straps are incorporated for all levels. For

YIN
YOGA (Beginner
Friendly Class)
-
is a practice that stretches the interconnected tissues between your joints.
Imagine your knees are wrapped with shrink wrap, now try and bend it…
The majority of athletes retire because they have injured there joints,
or have lost there range of motion. Yin cultivates a deeper awareness
of overall flexibility. The focus is on integrates your breath with sustained
postures (approximately 3-7 minutes), focusing on hips, thighs, pelvis,
and lower spine.
The first 1/2hour is sun salutations to increase your heart rate, calm
the mind and relax the body, so you can release the muscles. For
